The Scappoose School District Human Resources Department provides direction, coordination, and support in all areas of personnel, recruitment, and hiring processes for all schools and departments in the District. The Human Resources Director, Teresa Huff, is the primary contact for all personnel matters, including hiring, staffing, employee contracts, licensure, FMLA/OFLA, Workers Compensation, salary advancements, tuition reimbursements, and leave requests.
