• Because District facilities ultimately belong to the people of the District, the Board of Education makes District facilities available to organizations, associations, and individuals of the community (applicants). District facilities may be used for appropriate civic, cultural, welfare, or recreational activities that do not infringe upon, nor interfere with, the conduct and best interests of the District. The public is welcome to use Scappoose School District facilities when they are available.

Scappoose School District’s new facility management system, FMX. Here you will find the link to access the FMX system:

Please fill out the required information and create an FMX account. This will be a one-time registration for your account, so please save your login information to have ongoing access for future submissions.

Starting April 20, 2023, Scappoose School District (SSD) will no longer use or accept the paper facility use forms. If you have already submitted a paper request prior to April 20th, please rest assured that those are in our system and will be honored. From April 20, 2023 and beyond, SSD will only consider online facility use requests.

Once you have created an FMX account, you can submit all facility use requests ONLINE. Through FMX, you can track your requests every step of the way. Here are some helpful steps:

    1. When planning your event/activity, FMX allows you to view availability slots in the system.

    2. You will submit a request for the facility that you/your organization wants to use.

    3. Your request will go to the necessary administrators for required approval.

    4. Once approved, you will be sent a cost estimate with an itemized breakdown of associated fees, which must be accepted before proceeding.

    5. Payments can be made online. Cash and Check are still accepted- please bring this payment directly to the Scappoose School District Office for submission.
